This replacement stem is for the "Original Style" half-turn 400 series Mansfield style wall hydrants only. The stem comes complete with left hand packing and is pre-tapped (threaded) for the handle screw.
- Replacement stem is 12 in. overall length and will work for the original model 478° - 04° half-turn (smart turn 180° handle) wall hydrant, manufactured 2006-april 2013 (8 in. model hydrants have 12 in. overall length replacement stems)
- Left hand graphite packing and packing washer are included
